like, without your personal wishes and ideas being violated.
In
addition, you can safely deposit your financial resources for the later burial
and thus protect them from access by third parties or deny access to the social
welfare office if you need care.

and practical instructions for clarifying all things properly and
professionally with our active help during your lifetime.
If you
have concluded a legally binding contract with us, be sure to keep your
personal pension folder. Always update your own information and inform us of
important changes.

What documents are required?
In order to conclude a funeral provision contract with Bestattungspension-Treuhand AG, we need the following from the contracting trustor:
- valid identity card or exemption from the obligation to provide identification
- birth certificate
- Marriage certificate of the current or last marriage - for married couples
- Death certificate of the deceased spouse (last marriage) - if widowed
- final divorce decree (last marriage) - for divorced persons
If the provision contract is concluded in the name of another person (e.g. by a caregiver), we need the following documents in addition to the documents mentioned above:
- Valid identity card of the contracting trustor
- Power of attorney or deed of appointment of legal guardian
In the case of foreign nationals, one or more documents containing the following information are required as an alternative or in addition to a valid photo ID:
- First and Last Name
- birth date
- Place of birth
- country of birth
- nationality
